Chili Mac

2 lbs. chili meat or hamburger
1 jalapeno pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons flour
2 large onions, chopped
1 sweet green pepper
2 lbs. macaroni
2 to 3 oz. chili powder
1 teaspoon whole camino
salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat in dutch oven, add spices, garlic, onions
and peppers. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring
with a wooden spoon. Pour the macaroni on top of the
mixture and add water to cover one inch. Add water
slowly to prevent cracking the oven. Cover and simmer
30 minutes. Serve with flour or corn tortillas.
